The land is heavily hunted and he's lived this long. WOW. You'll need to catch a break Warner but I'm pulling for you.

That is one amazing brute. What a rack. I couldn't even begin to guess what it would score. Good luck with him.

That guy is a beast, the kind I dream about. I hope you get close enough to stick him!

I have a friend near Casselman that I get apples from - I picked up 8 5 gallon buckets - that's what you see on the ground there. But the property has many, many wild apple trees as well. The only apples the deer really, really like is the one's I buy from maclarens in Renfrew. They are similar to the ones I get in Casselman - but the deer can tell the difference. Lots of oaks in the area to which makes October baiting pretty inconsistent.

I am waiting for Wolfhunter to weigh in on these photos... I am sure he will have some major critique of your use of apples!!!!

That is one heck of a buck, good luck with him, I look forward to seeing pics of your smiling face beside that rack.

Nice deer but sharing information even if very general of the whereabouts you hunt or hes living can come back and bite you, may be people on here know you, have an idea where you live etc and will get "buck fever" and all ethics are gone. next thing you know you have more guys getting permission all around/on top of you. seen it happen to friends as well as myself once. buddy of mine posted a pic on another site, there were 2 guys from windsor who eventually admitted to putting the puzzle pieces together after being confronted in the bush, they left a truck parked on the back tractor path for the week before first muzzleloader and my friend figured somone was always hunting it and stayed out, only to find they were arriving in a different vehicle to hunt bascially locking up the small bush for the week. friend caught on and investigated. all in all he hasnt posted a picture since, actually only waterfowl hunts now
