Short Maddy Montage
Posted this in waterfowl section, but figured I'd toss it in here as well.
Was doing some blogging tonight, along touching up some photo's and videos for the galleries. Quickly through this together, just a short clip of a few retrieves. Quality is terrible (looks like a vhs rip) as it was shot with the Blackberry.
Just have to click on the image, will bring it up in smugmug to play.

Cool videos.
I wonder if dogs ever get hurt by a struggling goose?

I've heard of it happening, try to finish them off as much as possible before releasing. She seemed to know the deal on that one, grabbed it from the back where it couldn't get her, tried to turn on her and she quickly snapped it back out in front.

Definitely one reason why you do not want to send a young inexperienced pup / dog after a cripple.

Absolutely,
Needless to say I took the handoff before the bird could get his feet under him
