The red one... with 30 yds a 1" slug with make a nice hole and has plenty of knock down power

Why 30 yards... I would choice a rifle at 30 yards. Never know when a bear shows up at last light. If you have to use a slug I would use a saboted slug at 30 yards. More accurate. All 5 choices will harvest a bear if you hit it.

Any of those listed will work, whatever you have confidence in.

30yd is how far the stands are to the bait.
ive got access to lots of rifles 3006 7mm and the like but I like the idea of a challenge.

A slug at 30 yards wont make it any more of a challenge over a rifle. Even with modern archery equipment thats not at all a stretch. Now maybe a patch and ball flinter?? All those slugs = a dead bear.
How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

I hear stories of slugs out to 100 yards.

Any one of those would make a big hole in a bear at 30 yards.
No need for an "accurate" sabot at that range, dumb slugs with a bead sight are generally 2-3in groups at 30 yards, no need to be any better than that.

Oh wait, I meant to say, you cannot kill a bear with a shotgun, you need a 375 H&H as a minimum

With proper bullet construction you can now go down to the 375 H&H, just make sure you are using a Nosler Partition.
