Trail camera setup

Hey guys,

I just got some trail cameras, Wildgame Innovations. They might be stupid questions but I am reading through the manual and just want to clarify a few things:

1) The active period 24 hour/day/night is when you want the camera to take pictures should it be activated? I.e. if I set "night" then only during night time hours will it snap a picture if it is activated?

2) The delay options are 30 sec/1min/2min... meaning that once it's activated, it will wait 30 seconds before taking a picture?

First time using a trail camera, so want to make sure I do it right.

1) The period refers to when it will take pictures. 24 hours, only during the day and only at night. I suspect it would use the light sensor to determine when day and night are although I personally would always leave it on 24 hours.

2) The delay is the how long the camera will wait to take another picture after taking one (assuming something is there to activate it).
