I've seen dead ones on the roads in SW On but never a live one.

On my girlfriends farm there was a mating pair 5 years ago there, got a tons of trail cam pics and any night in the summer we would watch them, 2 years ago one of there kits got hit by a car, I had it in my hands it was a friday the 13 and a buddy of mine in walshingham( just outside long point) also seen one dead and sent me a picture of it the same day 70 km away. The mating pair had 3 kits just outside of waterford when the cams were on them.
Think with how rare they are, they are always seen, cougars, Ive yet to see a wild one dead in ontario, road kill or shot, Seen 2 captive ones shot that got away from zoo or pets though.

    This is an interesting topic.
Anyone have any images of a badger on cams?
    Any sightings or prints?
My attitude towards you depends upon how you have treated me.

Local researchers were tracking a radio-collared one in my neighbourhood, but it got hit by a car last year. I put a trail cam on a den that was on my property for a while, but didn't get any images of badgers.

They are native to the extreme tip of SW Ontario where there used to be/still is a short grass prairie ecosystem. Never been there but it's on the bucket list. Cacti native there as well.
