Default 7th aniversary... the meat aniversary?

well i think i definately got a special one wife and i celabrated our 7th aniversary yesterday by butchering a deer

came upon the deer friday, seen it laying in the ditch, stopped and checked it out and it wasnt frozen (current temp was -12 and had bin -21 that morning) so loaded it on up, took it home, and gutted it... guts still warm (reported it)

only ended up getting the front shoulders out of it though, took a direct hit to the hind end, got a bit of meat here and there from the back, but pretty well, from the ribs back she was bad... but ended up with 30 lbs of sausage/burger meat...

Nice to be reminded that 7 yrs ago you picked the right women...

Good to hear you were able to recover some otherwise lost meat.

Nice that you managed to salvage some meat from the deer. Also great that your wife is so involved.

Seems a little negative here. Rather look on it as manna form heaven. On a side note title of this thread seemed a little X rated
