Therma cell
I had to let people know about the wonderful customer satisfaction with Therma cell . During this years moose hunt my brand new Therma Cell quit working after three days . With 8 days remaining on our hunt & the weather really warming up the bugs where out in droves , boy was I an unhappy camper at this point in time . Long story short , after returning home I returned my product to the store & was given a full refund . I then sent out an email to Therma Cell explaining my problems I encountered with the Therma Cell . Well to my shock & amazement Mr. Keith Lavon a marketing associate sent me a brand new Therma Cell which arrived today via courier . Boy talk about making a happy customer . Great company .
In regards to our moose hunt we where able to harvest two bulls .

Congrats on the two bulls! No congrats on the bugs!
I think it's a great product and has saved my arse more times than I care to remember, when the bugs have been bad. Any pictures of the bulls?

There are many gadgets marketed to the outdoors community - this one is heads above most of them. I've had numerous experiences in the bush made much better by its presence.

Just for curiosity sake what quit working on it? the igniter? Seems like a pretty basic unit.
When in doubt.... Throttle OUT!
