    Full 9'' of O1 steel , HRC 60
    Stabilized Spalted Maple Coke bottle grip
    both removable & replaceable handle
    stainless screws with a 5'' blade & 4'' handle
    very comfortable in hand and hair splitting sharp....
    matching color tone sheath not shown in photo (drying)

    this was the drawing, I added an inch to an original template, I know I know whats another inch !!

    Very nice.... Heres mine . Elk handle . Built back in '85 lots a use .

    Nice work.

    Just curious, do you get the blade laser cut, or else, and then you get it sharp and maybe threated?

    I start from round stock in some steels or flat raw stock in others , all from scratch, start to finish , I do all my own forging and heat treating , leather work etc

    That's impressive and lots of work! Would be difficult to put a price on a piece like that.
