CPE 1200 watt gas Generator $159 C/T Uxbrdige
I was in Can. Tire Uxbridge yesterday picking up a thermometer for the new Smoker.
Saw these and bought one for the RV. Oil level s/d, recoil start, 60 lbs.
I believe it's 1200/1000/900 watt for any interested.

This little guy recently caught my attention as well. Only 800 running watts but it is an inverter model and good for small appliances or topping up a deep cycle battery? Don't know if it is any good though but the price is attractive.

Pretty hand little unit Claude and with inverter included.
On brief glance at the CPE 1200, it appears simple to replace an unused fitting with an elbow, and have this one immediately switchable from gasoline to propane.
I will do that after a few break in hours.

Hey Randy, I'm not seeing a propane convertible unit on the CT website! Is that a local deal? No mention of that model on the CPE website. Here is the owners manual.

My bad, what I should have explained is how easy it is to run a gas one on propane if one needs to. I don't recommend just closing the gasoline and squirting the propane gas in the breather but that works really good if you have the time to do it. I like to pipe it solid(permanent) to the Generator' carb. between the gas tank shutoff petcock and the carb.
The CPE 1200 has a plastic plug in the bottom of carb bowl where a fitting could be placed to allow it to run on propane easily(with the gasoline tank petcock closed of course) if needed/wanted.
So to be clear, it isn't a from the factory dual fuel. However it is a 5 min. job to make it that way if you wish to. That and a regular hose with the adjustable regulator likes on your fish frier or turkey frier.
Or just tee into the regular fuel line is better on some models. No need to worry about the internal chambers, routing and diaph. pump.
