I'm headed to Bird's Eye View in the morning. This is my very first pheasant hunt, I'm going with my buddy. Any tips? I've never hunted pheasants - only used them in training.

I am no expert, but I would recommend keeping your dogs working tight to you.
I have a chessie which normally only works as a retriever. I had him "hunt it up" and he flushed all planted birds he came across. Was incredibly windy and some birds got out of range really fast.
Think we went 18 or 19 for 25. The birds we didn't get were gone!

If you enjoy hunting them in the snow, you will love hunting them in thick cover each fall.

Twin creek Game Farm is open all winter but I didn't think Exeter Game Farm was.

That looks like a great day! What game farm was that?

+1 for Highpoint near Dundalk. Andy has a great spot, and the birds are really well taken care of.
If you don't have a dog, he'll loan you one of his goldens, or his Llewellen Setter. ( Usually once you've been out before and have proven that you're not a yahoo).
"Camo" is perfectly acceptable as a favorite colour.
