When are you going to tan it. Unfortunately the easy part is over. What are you going to do with the hide now that's it's dry.

nice job. I wouldn't bother stitching and proceed tanning with the rips.
Unless you're selling it..?

I don't think I will be selling this one.... I will most likely tan it in the next couple of weeks as I am currently working on (tanning) one now....
