Fill a 5 gallon pail full of wet concrete, and while it's setting up push the prop into the pour to make a form. When it gets dinged put the prop in the form and hammer it back.
In the slanting sun of late afternoon the shadows of great branches reached from across the river, and the trees took the river in their arms

I would add another thumbs up for Kawartha Prop. Buddy banged the skeg and prop bad; looked like a shark bit it. Kawartha picked up the lower unit in London (met the van at Tim Hortons) and ready in a little over a week. Incredible! Paint matched and looked brand new.

Yup. John Fuderer and his son Jamie do exceptional work. I use them almost exclusively for all my prop repairs. Jamie's a fisherman too. You can reach them at 705-657-8752

Ya........I'd just file it down and if it still bothers you hit it with a couple of coats of paint and it will be as good as new!!
