I lost the rod in my RCBS hand priming tool. Must have fell out. Called 4 stores and with such poor availability of loading equipment these days, none had it. Phoned RCBS and they shipped it for free. I expected to pay and offered to do so but the gal on the phone said no. The paperwork it came with less than a week later called it a warranty replacement. That's as good as it gets.
