Attachment 28588This dog would rip a deer apart if unleashed. It actually attacked my dog while mine was on the leash. The owner of this mutt lets her dog run wild after midnight each evening.

And that's the prefect recipe for creating a well rounded dog. Just tie it up on a chain and forget about it.

An OPP officer visited her with a stern warning and she was visited by OSPCA soon after this picture was taken.
The owner of this dog DOES NOT BELIEVE in the leash law either.
But her dog WILL attack humans if it had the chance. When ever kids walk by on the highway the dog lunges at the end of it's leash towards the kids.

So what is your issue Chris.... ???
Maybe you do have a local dog problem, or maybe it's just that you can't stand dogs.
All I’m noticing is that you walk around the neighborhood with a camera to look for "problem dogs" and that you demand to put every dog in the country permanently on a chain…

I think you quoted me by mistake...LOL...
Your right Waftrudnir...I wish I had know I was trying to trying to talk logic to a self appointed Neighbourhood Dog Warden...I wouldn't have wasted my time...LOL...

You have heard of the Dog Owners Liability Act?

unfortunately, I came in contact with both the dog and cat issue (in the distant past, and NOT in Ontario). Long story short, I never shot either (although would have been 'entitled' to do so within the applicable laws). Cats don't go far into the woods unless they are feral cats. All issues with dogs were unintentional and corrected one way or the other (...) after talking to the owner. So to be realistic there wasn't really much damage done (i.e. one single deer). I do know a bunch of guys who shot cats (feral they claim), but not a single one who shot a dog (or would admit it when I'm around)...
The local cats and feral cats have a different name around here. " Coyote appetizers"

There are not many dogs that are capable to get a deer by themself. If you have two or more large/fast dogs teaming up, their odds increase quite a bit.
Again, an irresponsible owner would need to let them run without supervison for an quite some time before something happens.
Beagles can ruin a deer hunt.....but can also help if you're out hunting bunnies.

Mikepal, latest picture was taken from our property line, with a cop right beside me. Dog owner had your poor attitude and paid for it.
