Default Spypoint tiny 7 Trail Camera

Does anyone have experience with this trail cam? It looks like a pretty good deal but can't find any reviews except for two at CT which one was pretty bad.

I'm looking for my first trail cam and will likely be used on public land unless private land comes through.

If there opinions or. Suggestions on other cams that would be great. As its my first and used on public land I'm not looking for the $300 models, but if you can sell me on there features I'm willing to listen.

    Thanks in advance

I got one at the end of December. My previous experience is with Simmons and the tiny seems to have great features and is very easy to use and set up. I haven't had much opportunity to test it out as the batteries died in about 3 weeks. I was using the timer function and only taking pics between 11pm and 6 am. The only thing that I can think might have been a factor is that I was using the LCDscreen on the back of the unit to view the pics and reformat the card. Have not tried it again since it ate the first set of batteries.

I don't have one personally, but a good friend picked one up a couple years ago and only got about a year out of it before the screen quit. If you're interested in the spypoints, I would keep to the models without the viewing screen. They seem to hold up well. Grainy photo quality, but overall reliable cameras.
