Notice it says "The title of the article".
Looks like the CBC edited the title of their article from pressure applied after the fact. I truly did a cut and paste. Definitely not my title. Next time I post I will do a screen capture as proof. Lesson learned. Gotta love the internet!
And for all the internet cops here is the proof. Found right under the title!

I am truly surprized that anyone was fired especially without charges laid. The association has several members who are currently suspended with pay from their employer, why do they not do the same for the people the association employs?

I was kind of wondering that, myself. It may very well turn out that they all get fired-from the association, for sure, but,Police Services Act charges of dicreditable conduct and breach of trust will likely be laid, also,by the OPP. These three are still LEO's. Even if they aren't charged criminally, with convictions on PSA charges,I think they're screwed, anyhow.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

However, Bain, Christie and Walsh have some real 'splainin' to do, not only to the RCMP investigators, but to the OPP command as well as the OPPA membership....
And oddly enough, Lougheed (Ms Wynnes kingmaker in Sudbury) was/is a member of the Police Services Board. Move along, no dots here.

Because and due to the importance of the "Public Trust"

It is the "be all and end all" and many people have been fired, let go, or they resign for merely the "suggestion" and or "appearance" of wrong doing. Sometimes merely calling the "integrity" and "honor" of an organization into question is "damning" enough.
Some fields, professions, positions....you have to be "above reproach, above "question".
The FACT they are under investion is casting an ugly shadow on the OPP, on LEO, (read these threads the past 18 month, read the news and the growing public doubt and mistrust of LEO) and is yet another dent in OUR trust, of them....Is all that's needed.
some get it, some don't.
