A] The poachers are rarely simple African villagers trying to feed their families.
B] This black market trade specifically almost always goes to financing local warlords, and increasingly this is shifting towards supporting Islamic terrorism.

Another great "Gotcha" moment by you eh Dyth, guilty as charged... I guess??? Don't most (white or North American) racists dislike blacks as well as Chinese. Re-read what I said...
It's pretty common knowledge most illegal wildlife ends up in Asia/China... I'm saying the driver of most poaching today is China and its true. China is a nation, not a race... For example the vast majority of Asian descendants here in Canada have nothing to do with poaching, or even most in China. But Chinese cash still drives most of illegal wildlife trade world wide.

Actually I mostly agree with you there... But they often employ poor people to do the work or pay off wildlife guards ect who are poor... It is definately organized crime driven, but poverty plays a massive role in it too.

Actually if you spout dumb comments, you should expect to be called out on them. Last I checked Race as a noun is a describing a family, tribe, people, or nation belonging to the same stock (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/race[3]). Yes, there is illegal animal trade throughout Asia (also throughout the rest of the world) but that isn't what you said. You commented on a specific nation in that continent. You said the Chinese, you didn't say some people in China engage in illegal animal trade or the vast majority of illegal animal trade flows through Asia. You painted every Chinese person with the same brush with your remarks. Then you try to flip it around on me because I was the one who called you out.
You are an ignorant man.

Not sure, how would you solve it???
It will only get solved when the demand drops... It's like the war on drugs. The US spent the most coin on anti drug efforts with the war on drugs and had one of the most doped up populations in the world still... Demand will trump enforcement.
Anyhow I'm not criticizing that chick or anything, good on her... But until China stops buying that stuff...

Alright man, I'm so sorry you can't read between the lines and need to pounce... Good for you, you got me I'm a big huge racist, it's so obvious isn't it...
Let me spell it out for you. Asia and China the biggest economy in Asia is the main driver of poaching in the world... Not all people who live in China are involved in poaching, in fact most are not... No doubt you'll end up misreading this too, it's your specialty

Alright keep the trolls alive lads, I'm now done off to work... You likely have no comprehension how poor some are in the world, and what they get offered is very tempting... In fact half the people here when put in those tough conditions would do the same... But nope I did not say it was a justification, it's just if there was no demand it simply woulndt happen...

Yep, to liberals bad people don't make bad choices, It's their environment that makes them bad. Why? because numerous liberal politicians aren't big on morals/religion/self responsibility so they can't recognize there are such things.
