Dates looking like the weekend of the 23rd or the weekend of the 30th. Just to avoid the long weekend. Location still to be determined.

We couldn't get a host club to run it in time, good thing since Parry Sound is post poned.

    LOL,

There were people snowmobiling the other day on over 2 feet of ice in Honey Harbour.

Definitely not earlier than last year.

you can follow the progress on this web site.

Last year Ice was broken up for opener but pack ice blew in and packed up the big sound. This is the reason the resorts don't typically open till the May 24 weekend.

Aaron .. from looking at maps on the computer it looks like we would use the launch at the north end of Tea Lake ? .. and how tight is it to get from Tea Lake onto the Severn River/ Upper Big Chute.. that water looks pretty skinny and the bridge looks fairly low from the pictures I looked at ?

the only thing that scares me is an empty livewell.

Let's just say there is a launch at Tea L. how good it is depends on how much rain washes it out. Last time I used it was close to 3yrs ago.
