Is there any backstory that goes with the video? Hard to judge just from that. I'm sure we can make safe assumptions but some details would be nice.

I would talk to a CO and the police as far as harassing hunters and trespassing. I wouldn't expect any results but maybe they would talk to her and see what kind of person she is. Just make sure you are doing everything "above board". TC

That's a tough one for sure. I think that asking her to stay away and leave was appropriate. The threat of rcmp - I'm assuming this wasn't ontario so hope never to run into this lady! Last thing you want to do is be confrontational.

The guys handled it well. All you can do is politely ask her to leave - making sure to inform her that her actions are illegal.
I'd definitely report her to the OPP or RCMP and the MNRF.

She mentioned that she called the RCMP,so,it's safe to assume she isn't in Ontario. I'm fairly certain that Ontario is the only province that has a harrassment section in the FWCA. Being tempted to slap the shyte out of her is a given, but,it's good the hunters didn't do that. If she's trespassing, all you can do is escort her to the fence line and wait for the Police. Other than that, there isn't a whole he** of a lot you can do.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

She recovered from her injuries, and was charged( not allowed to be sneaking around hiding in the pond as she was), the young boy was NOT charged as there was no way he could have known she was hiding in the pond.
