I seriously hope this was just a stupid joke...But I highly doubt it. Hope you do get a visit from CO.
The amount of half arse hunters I've talked to this week that ask me if I'm going out on Saturday for turkeys is sickning. I had to tell everyone of the retards to read the regs again BECAUSE IT OPENS MONDAY THE 27TH!!
None believe me until i pull it up on my phone and prove it.

I'm a stickler when it comes to every single game species opening date, I have an inherent fear of getting it wrong so I double, triple and quadruple check the dates in advance. Funny thing is that no matter how often I check I'm always infinitely relieved when I hear opening day, early morning shots because they confirm the date! Archery season however is a bummer...

Interesting that he indicates it was from last year (all of a sudden) but couldn't post the photo right away. Me thinks our suspicions are correct. Shot this Saturday closed season.

Poor Darrell, surprized he has not tried to edit the post, or delete it. Would be nice to see this years tag not on a turkey for proof that he was having a little fun.

I'm just wondering if anyone has actually ever called in to report a harvest from a season before it started.
