I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was trolling. The mind does crazy things while you are preparing for a hunting season, posting a ridiculous post like this wouldn't be unheard of. Also if he was bragging about a bird he truly rolled, you're damned sure he wouldn't have posted without his hero shot. Contrary to popular belief not everything on the internet is real, and not everything real is on the internet.

No stop beating on him and get out there so you can post your own opening success (although you may be a little late to setup near a roost).

Rolled a big boy 10 inch beard , huge hooks! I'll post pics in a bit. Perfect morn Sun was out 4 toms rate in to decoys. Never heard another shot.

Damn it, we didn't know anything about it. When we got home that morning we weighed it, and sent in all the required info to the ministry. Otherwise we would have taken it to Shooters!
