    Default Scotch bonnet lakers

Took 2 friends this morning to try for some trout. Launched at 7 back in slightly after 11 30.

Ran lead, riggers, and wire divers

We landed 12, broke off 1, and had a few misses.

    We had a blast!

Scotch bonnet is the shoal/Island in the last picture. The remains of the old lighthouse are still somewhat there.

It is located in Lake Ontario. Most people fishing the bonnet launch from wellington or Brighton.

The bonnet has lakers now, salmon in mid summer, and holds pickerel in the fall.

I was running a spoon program. Moonshine watermelon, and blueberry muffins(not sure if dreamweaver).

Two 5 colour leadcore, 2 downrigger rods. and put two wire divers out for awhile when the bite slowed

Picture is of a close friend ready to net a laker. In the background you can see the old structure. How would you like to spend your time managing that lighthouse in the early 1900s?
