warning do not try that here. Although it serves trespassers right I'm sure the land owner would be charged with some kind of mischief or greater charge. All we can do is report report report

As a landowner though....how badly could you be held if you setup a paintball trap on your land ??

I'm sure a good lawyer can argue legal and civil liability. Its amazing what they get for slip and falls just imagine what they'll get for intentionally or accidentally setting an explosive device.

OK,so,the trespasser gets a ticket and YOU get charged under Sect 247 Criminal Code. You need to read it because it's a serious charge to get busted for.
