minn kota problem

Hey guys looking for some help just bought a minnkota 30lbs from a garage sale and here is the problem when running it seems like it has more power in reverse then forward I checked all the wires to make sure they are in the right spots any suggestions would be helpful

Figured it out if anyone else has a problem just reverse the positive and negative
