The way the birds seem to be acting this year i decided that nothing was getting a pass! Stood in the field this morning waiting for them to sound off before i decided were to sit.Well about 25 after 5 they sounded off and off i went to get set up,got in, set up and started calling only to be cut off.Great, birds had hit the ground and the hens got going! About 20 minutes later i see two heads off to my left! Perfect two jakes came in to about 10 yards but no shot because of my position! They started to leave and when the second bird got in my shooting lane at 20yds or so i let the arrow fly and turkey down!
16lbs,4in beard, and nubs Thats the first year i have taken two with the EX-CAL
