Question for Angus & every T D & H
I know many here don't care as much about the meat as the juice dripping odd it so I'll ask this in a very generic way. You buy something. It's out in oh say Vancouver, so naturally You pay someone coming back this way to bring it. Win win right. The guy says I'll be back there with Your item in 4 days. In 6 1/2 months would You suspect the LEO's might define it as theft. Every time contact is attempted with individual it's convolute to impossible. 5 grand item. Irreplacable . I'll just mention that b4 everyone starts with "Go civil for equal value" Not possible if not replaceable. So
Should LEO's started charge earlier
later
Don't bother, we can all take what we want from neighbours friends etc

I am at a loss of what this topic is about. It would appear that it is directed to a particular member (if that is the case please take it to the PM level).
If you are unsure if the Law Enforcement Officers define something as theft you are best to ask them directly since they are the ones that would know 100%.
