just 1 more sleep
till i get my new boat
sold my 1990 sea nymph with a 60 hp merc last week, and have gone to a different set up... gonna miss my old boat for general fishing, as it was set up pretty nicely, but wont miss the gas bill, plus i have increasly less time everyyear to actually use it...
new boat is a 2013 (still new, just never sold) 14' Naden, with a 15 hp tohatsu 4 stroke. got a pretty good deal on it, as they were looking to move it... should be a tad better on gas then that old 60 2 stroke... researched the tahatsu online a fair bit, and didnt find to many negative reviews on them, so hoping it gives me years of trouble free service like mercs always have...
picking it up tomorrow morning and will start the break in process, which is gonna take for ever lol
they still have a 2013 naden and a 9.8 tohatsu there if anybody is interested, i can get you a price...

Might have been Temagami. Name was Ed Gawley. Also owned a resort. Died about 4 years ago. Naden boats started out in Iowa. Ed bought the business about 1978. Moved all the jigs etc to Vermilion Bay. Employed many locals here.
