    Default Panfish on the fly

I got out for just the 2nd time today (this Bell's Palsy has really been keeping me down). I caught a whole lot of little sunfish and perch, landed 1 bass and lost 2 others. Had a lot of fun, saw a pair of Canada Geese with 4 goslings and nearly ran into a Great Blue Heron.

    I'm surprised you're still suffering Bell's Palsy.

Looks like a fun day with the fly rod. Wish I was able to get out

Nice, I'd like to try some more warm water fly fishing, it's been a while since I last tried.

    Looks like a good day!

The doctors say that Bell's Palsy typically takes 3 months to go away. So I have about a month and a half to go. Can't wait!

I always bring a small selection of pan fish flies with me when out fishing for bass or pike. I enjoy catching the fish that started it all, for me anyways. I like the small poppers and deer or moose hair beetles. Get well soon.

Thanks Newbie! Those flies and poppers of yours sure look great.
