Am I wrong or is it just my zones but the number of tags doesn't seem down in the areas I hunt? Are they trying to make up for the reduced moose tags?Dan O.

The two areas I hunt are exact same as last year 64a (1400) and 67 (400).

Has too much time on their hands
They have been reduced in 2014 so no need to reduce them again. Not sure what you guys have been seen this year but I see deer pretty much every time I go out in 53a and 46.

Yeah, it wasn't bad at all this year. I'm likely going to put in for 46 again but not getting my hopes up too much.

Oh I'm see deer so I don't think the tags should be reduced either. Somehow I thought there was a rumor of even more reduction in tags but then it could have been just something I imagined. Perhaps it was the number of additional tags that would be available I assumed would be reduced? I've only been in the area I'm in now for a year so I have nothing to compare too. It seemed like a longer than normal winter to me but then I'm not a LOCAL yet.

Rumours are just that....rumours. They dont mean squat.
Here in Muskoka/Parry Sound, we had a shorter then usual winter. It came in November in the form of a blizzard, then left again until New Years. I could see grass on my lawn Christmas Day.
