    Default Auctioning Taxidermy - Legal?

Is it even legal for an auction house to sell taxidermy as in the link below?

Pretty sure it's under the FWCA, in which case it would be a Canadian reg.

    Short answer, no.

There are lots of places that I've had to point this out to. ( I have also obtained a few mounts this way, as the persons didn't know, and were grateful for the heads up).

The only way you can do it is to donate the mount, and charge a shipping and handling fee. ( which is not subject to the reg)

The FWCA is Provincial legislation, not Federal.
