Black LED trail camera advise

i have had them spook on the red leds one but no on my uways black flash that i can see

I have a Browning Dark Ops, and I don't see any evidence that it has spooked the deer. It is a black LED model.

I had one lick the camera at night while the camera filmed a video. I guess I should wash my hands before I swap the camera cards!

I just started looking around for another night cam - wow have those prices gone up in a year. Even the cheap , low MP cams seem to be over $100 now.

We finally have a bear coming through the yard, and I'd like to see how often it gets close to the house when we are not around or sleeping.
