    Default Cedar Lake: Algonquin-Brent

Heading into Cedar lake and area next week, found a pile of old threads regarding the area... I'm hoping someone has fished the area more recently. I'll be targeting lakers, but would my efforts be better to concentrate on the walleye/ bass? I've heard that vertically jigging gold or silver spoons this time of time of the year in 40-60 FOW is produtive. If anyone has any advice they'd be willing to give me on here on in PM I would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Ollie I think You're in the wrong section with this post. Try putting it up in Fishing 101. It won't get noticed here. I'd fish with lead core and use about 7-9 colours to get down 45-60 feet. Do you have any electronics?

I do have electornics and am heavily relying on them to help me find the lakers in the deeper summer water. Thanks for the reply DanO.
