"testing the waters"

Different situation for myself this year. For the past years I have had 3-4 different buddies that I would head out fishing with, different weekend, different buddy. Oddly enough, it seems all of them decided the world population was getting too small last fall and started working on correcting that. A couple kids later and a couple more just around the corner I find myself without my usual go to's for heading out on the weekend. Something about having to be at home to help out the wives, beats me. So with that very brief background, I thought I would see if anyone happens to be in a similar situation. I live in Guelph, have a older 15ft boat that we take out. Usually smaller lakes, but if the weather looks good we have done long point and cooks bay. If your close to my area, looking for someone to fish with, send me a message, we can go from there.
Don't mind hitting the lakes on my own, but the competition of having someone there with you usually wins in my books.

Good job for posting... i am one who needs to help with the wife as well... so my fishing adventures are far and few between...
