    How is the Outboard acting?

Have you tried sea foam first?

well it wont start. there is spark, just not getting gas into carb. The bowl at bottom of carb is full of gas so I am guessing the float is stuck or the jets are completely plugged. Not sure if seafoam will help that.

Remove carb... take carb apart.. clean carb..put carb together... reinstall carb. . Ge t a can of carb spray cleaner.. if you can find it.. it's harder to find now... for some reason... if not dismantle.. soak in varsol (no rubber parts) use an a ca of air to blow out all the small orifices. . CARB WILL be good as new...

A mechanic will (most likely) charge you about 2 hours labour and that will be well over a hundred bucks. I'd do some online research to try and find some parts diagrams and carefully take it apart myself to see what is up. You could probably order a Clymer Manual from Indigo for $25. If the carb is varnished though......
