Going to PEI and New Brunswick any suggestions

I will be heading to gaspe Quebec to our family property. Most of the wharfs are good for mackerel. I use a crippled herring type lure in silver/blue or silver/green. Depending on how think the school is you can start doing pulls after it hits the water or let it go to the bottom. Where I will be going now has an amazing run of striped bass!!! I have learned that speed kills with these guys. I just pull a Cleo or silvery body bait as fast as I can reel and if they are active its game one.
