Will It be OK
Pulled my muzzle loader out of storage haven't used it for 2 years and I cocked up big time looks like I forgot to pull/push the powerbelt and the two white hots out, I have the breech plug sprayed with wd40 to lube and hopefully get it out today sometime. I'm hoping I got off lucky and a good cleaning will be all that's in order should I look out for anything else
at myself

Was the gun fouled/dirty when it was loaded with that load ...or had it be cleaned and that was the load for a day of hunting ?

As far as I can remember it was a clean load as I think I scrubbed barrel before adding the load ready for the days hunt, as I usually take a few sight in shots then clean barrel and load the morning of hunt

It should be fine...the sabot/bullet would keep the powder sealed from moisture etc. The plug vent might let in some, but unless it was stored in a really damp place it should still be dry.
Does the plug feel like it's frozen in ? What kind of gun/plug is it..socket head ?
