Default Antenna install on big rig = big job

OK for the last two weeks ends I have been working on installing a motorized Screwdriver antenna on my big rig.

I just keep asking myself "it's a hobby right?...Hobbies should be fun right?...So why does my head hurt?"

Enjoy the pictures All nine pages.

Got admit not too many boss would let a guy do this much to company vehicles. But then again Amateur Radio opens a few doors.

Breaker breaker one-nine, come on back.

Yeah, nice of the boss to let you hack up one of his trucks indeed. Looks like it was a headache but now that it's done, enjoy.

Just type that callsign i( VE3BMG ) in to Google and it will come up. The call is around they never go away. Unless he has become a silent key ( died ) then you will get his address and current town/city.

Lots of heat from motor, dirt/junk from road plus de-icing stuff. Got to use lots of protection for the cables.
    Glad it worked for you.
