Minimal, I'd think. OTTPB is run as a private corporation without interference from either the government or the teachers union.

As far as liberals go - no, these guys know how to use a calculator.

You dont seem to understand that this government plans to use the contributions from employees and employers to pay for INFASTRUCTURE AND TO HELP PAY DOWN THE DEFECIT ( those are the lieberals own words) they do not give one little shyte if you or me have a pot to pee in when we retire. They are working hard on self preservation and nothing more. This Ontario pension plan will be bankrupt in 10 years if not sooner and then we will be on to the next scheme to bail out the pension plan.

You don't seem to understand that those looking to withdraw from it are growing faster than those contributing to it. It also won't be allowed to grow through prudent investment like private mutual funds but will be nothing but a pool of money to be directed into ideological pet projects and IOU's to unions. I would be lucky to see $.10 on the dollar when I retire and it takes money from my personal portfolio. Liberals couldn't make money with a lemonade stand in the desert. To give them access to this kind of money is like giving your 16yr old kid the car keys and a bottle of whiskey.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.

I have been advocating for self directed pension contributions for people who own businesses for thirty years. For a guy like me RRSP is not a geat retirement option although i do contribute a bit, but to see all of the money i have contributed to pensions and now looking like most of it will go up in smoke is infuriating to say the least.

On a side note HaroldH. Paranoid is a superlative term in the English language. You just can't qualify a superlative dude! You're either paranoid or you're not. Lol.
