No question you've taken a lot of shots. I've only questioned your aim and reasons for shooting.

    Still at it?
If "you" are going to take shots. Imp be man enough to accept what comes back.
Clearly you didn't like my or others people's responses.

    "Your" forray?
I'm paraphrasing but. "You guys are stupid, not intelligent enough to pick up on the nuances and subtleties, you are misrepresenting and misinterpreting"

No explanation as to why you THINK that.
    And still no substance.

Just hollow shots, that really are off the mark. I and others have provided plenty of statistical or anecdotal reasons why it can be viewed that way.

Care to say why it's "wrong" or are you God?

    "See the subtle difference"

    And

Anybody have an idea what would happen if the other 2 went to the end with the hole?

    Carry on.

    No you didn't.
You decided "you guys" are wrong and if you continue pointing fingers at the liberals you are exactly what it's about et al.

    Are you God?
And further, whose fault is it the boats sinking? We didn't get here by accident.

    So um......

    Oh and KF,
You know what they say about people who create messes (the situation here) and can't or won't accept responsibility. Or expect others to bail them out....
    Kind of like the cartoon.

So um so sure you are "right"?
Do note, I'm not suggesting the liberals created the holes in boat. Just the fact that there are lots of people who start things, and won't accept responsibility for their actions..

Exactly as I thought!! Meant to 'stir the pot' a bit! Not to mention any names, but at least 1 guy on here would call that 'trolling'!!

Lol Harold I have no Problems being called out.

I hope surely you can see the difference between them. Maybe you should read the forum rules.

At the end of the day hopefully people can see there is more than one way to interpret the cartoon no matter what the artist meant by it.

Just because you see it one way, and someone else sees something else......

Is there a law that says any preice of art must be interpreted this way, and "my" way is the only way and anyone else is wrong and therefore

Exactly who the cartoon is aimed at???
Funny that given the cartoon which was a commentary on society.

    Have to love the irony

A subtle nuance to it, that um...we were to slow to grasp eh Trimmer. So not only are we wrong (not, it does "fit), we are being told how think, and we aren't smart enough to see the correct and only way to interpret it.

Not unlike 2 people in the bow expecting others to bail them out...be they the liberal party going to the Feds, or taxpayers for the mess they created....be they people sitting high and dry while the boats sinking doing nothing but "better them than us"..not realizing we are all in the "same boat" be it

Liberals in ivory towers telling us commoners, the working class..the "bailers", how to think, that there's only one way...etc.

Sometimes holding aces back until the right time...

    The irony is pretty funny.

I did point out another view of the cartoon. It was not to some peoples liking.

Good thing I'm the only one telling people how to think.

Some have even gone so far as to make an argument against a position I never took.

If I had any artistic talent I'd have to draw a cartoon... not that it would be interpreted correctly.
