A Little Too Many - Geese That Is

The Pa. Game Commission announced that five people charged with combining to kill 265 snow geese above the permitted limit have all pleaded guilty to charges and together will pay more than $55,000 in fines and replacement costs. The five defendants were caught in the act on April 1 2015 in Myerstown Pa. They had killed 365 geese - the limit is 25 if you have a federal migratory license - these guys didn't have licenses - now I call that a little over the limit -

Ironic that they killed them in the spring conservation season which the entire idea is to reduce the population.
That's a pile, I wonder if there were ditch shooting them or over decoys?
