I dunno boot windows 8 and Linux. . Never use Linux... for starters it doesn't work with Netflix.
Program support is poor.. lot of hardware manufacturers don't support it...
Only reason I use it now is when I'm out with the laptop.. and I need free internet.

Almost all the major hardware manufactures are supported by ubuntu. Because they also donate money to the linux project so that windows is not the one kid on the block.
what versions of linux have you been trying?
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Get Kodi and Genesis add-on, it's free and has a lot more choose, and you will never use Netflix again. You should look into it...

Kodi is a free app you install on a computer or TV box. Than you can add Add-on.

Genesis Add-on
Pros: Free. Every single movies, TV shows, documents, music and so on. HD quality.
Cons: Sometime it takes sometime to watch what you want. Takes lots of cache memory.

We have cancelled the cable couple of years ago so we were looking for alternative, Netflix was the first one until we found out about Kodi. We use it at home for 4 months now, and haven't used Netflix since.
