Does anyone know a good place to fish for carp in Toronto est end

Rouge River marsh, Bluffers Park, or further east Duffins Creek and Frenchmans Bay where I have caught 30lbers.

I caught some good size one at Frenchman bay. Or the mouth of highland creek behind highland treatment plant
