Game Camera's
Hey Guys,
I have the moultrie IR 55 game cam and I am kinda happy with it but sometimes it takes the picture too late. Most of the time I end up catching the tail end of the animal.
Just wondering what you guys are using out there and the experience you are having.
Thanks

Has too much time on their hands
if you point your camera down or up the trail you will get better pictures then if your camera is pointed right across the trail ,,all cameras benefit from being pointed down the trail or up the trail to catch deer coming or going instead of just passing in front of the camera ,,Dutch

I agree with Dutch. My new fave camera is a Simmons Whitetail with black flash. It seems to have very good trigger speed and captures clear images. I haven't tried it in video mode yet but it has that option. It is also reasonably priced. TC

I have a few Bushnell trophy trail cameras I use from September-February.
I get about 10,000 pics a year on each camera, They last for about 2000 pics per battery change. Very good quailty 8mp pictures,
I have pictures from -27c to heavy down pours over bear baits.
2 of the cameras are at least 4 years old. I'm sticking with bushnell.
