Gun friendly insurance brokers
I'm with the Cooperators now. Going to call them to see if I'm either covered for gun damage or if they will, but. Before I do I would like to know who is gun friendly so if things get ugly I got some where to go

Like any other valuables,my insurance broker advised to document make, models, serial numbers and photographic evidence of condition and all other equipment that could be lost along with them in the event of a total loss.

Dominion of Canada General which has recently been acquired by another company. Most independant insurance brokers can set you up.

Has too much time on their hands
I don't know if they'll insure someone out of their area but here are 2 insurance brokers who I know personally and who are both gun owners and hunters:
J. Stephen McCann Insurance, Eganville, 613-628-2617
Garnet Krantz Insurance, Killaloe, 613-757-2515
Member of the National Firearms Association (NFA).
