Never mind the cougar , but please explain this technique of calling in bears by bleeding out a rabbit?? Sounds interesting.

Where about in 60 were you? My wife's family has property in the north end of 74b which borders 60. Might have to keep an eye out.

Maybe it's just me but I've never seen a game cam before that did not put some kind of border/footer/header on the photo to show date/time and brand of camera.
The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

I've got to admit Don Adams, you make quite an introduction to the forums? Accusing everyone here of sitting in trees hunting. Is your nick name Griz?

Well this thread should erupt shortly? Excuse me now, gotta get up in my stand and see if I can't get me a bear?

I have 18 extra rabbits at my house, raised them from babies though, you make things quick and painless, not squealing for a bear call.

I do know of people though using electronic calls for bear hunting, it is supposed to be very effective as very few people in Ontario do it.

I set my cam up, left the rabbit and went back this morning to get it on my way to Toronto. Here she is boys.. "NO cougars in Ontario" my . Maybe it's because I am from the Rocky mountains of Alberta and don't sit in trees all day. First hunt trip in Ontario.
The background vegetation looks right for this time of year, maybe this photo is real!
