Is Moose open anywhere in Ontario?
My Wife swears she saw a Moose carcass on a trailer near Haliburton this evening, it's head was sticking out from under a tarp. Is there a season open anywhere? Comments?

I dont think Native. I was leaning towards roadkill if a season was not open.

I don't have the regs in front of me right now but I think it opens up north next eeek end during the rut for the bow season. Could be a road kill.

Think earliest season is Sept 17. My guess is roadkill.

If it was a moose, as mentioned, probably a road kill, but in this heat... Yuck...
