Just thought I'd share a duck ragu with pasta (gnocchi) I tried yesterday. It came out phenomenal and my son devoured it. More for dinner tonightRecipe is very simple:
-1 can of tomato sauce
-1 garlic clove
-hot chili flakes
-1 cup red wine
-1cup of water
-salt, pepper to taste
-duck whole or goose
Cook in slow cooker for 7-8 hours then pull meat off bones. Simmer in sauce and pour over pasta. Enjoy!!!
