Sweet chili & sesame duck
Meat:
Butterflied the breast into thinner pieces. Marinated (36-48 hours) the breast meat and legs in sweet chili sauce and a sesame oil-based condiment/product called Okazu I purchase from a local vendor that frequents markets in my neighbourhood (http://www.abokichi.com/). Cooked on BBQ over indirect heat for about 5min each side.
Side:
I sauteed zucchini, carrot, onion and red pepper in sesame oil. Served on top of indian basmati rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
I've used Okazu on duck, goose, grouse, venison, moose and has turned out amazing everytime.

The duck looks as if it is cooked to absolute perfection, medium - rare. The meal looks awesome...

You posted this today. Any left? Looks awesome. Did you soak the duck first in salt water or just straight to the marinade?

None left, I actually made the dish on friday. The meat went straight into the marinade.
