    Default First crappie of 2015

I managed to get out for 3 hours this afternoon and even though the wind was kind of bad for rowing I still managed to catch my 1st crappie of 2015, 2 nice pike and a cute little bass. All on a FireTiger Rapala. All fish carefully released.
As Joepa said in an earlier thread - this is the time of the year to get away from crowds. I had the whole river to myself. Just me and a flock of geese.
