also waterloo regional police have charged a 20yr old man in connection in the shooting of 3 students with a pellet gun today. one student received a serious injury to her eye.

and soon we will hear the "gun control" idiots demand more restrictions on archery equipment and pellet propelling devices.
whereas the problem is the usual: "...breaching probation and failing to follow other court orders..."
more rules doesn't work when it comes to criminals - you need to lock them up for good!
